Recently I have been on quite a Brazilian kick, enjoying a few too many Caipirinhas and Capiroskas. This week however I bring you something NEW or least new to me and probably you too – Brazilian Coffee. No my lent pledge of no drinking on Monday’s before 8:30AM might be in jeopardy but lets give it a whirl anyways.
Here is the recipe – LOOKS MAGNIFICANT
- 1.5 parts Pirassununga Cachaca (P51)
- .5 part simple syrup
- 2 parts Brazilian coffee (preferably Typica or Bourbon)
- 1 part Half & Half or cream
- Optional Whipped cream garnish
