The Ballardi


Featured on our iOS app and on the menu of Watanabe World Cuisine in East Nashville, one of our latest concoctions, The Ballardi, offers savory and herbal notes in a cocktail that could be the cousin of the classic Corpse Reviver #2.

2oz 209 gin
3/4oz Lemon Juice
3/4oz Simple Syrup
1/2oz absinthe
Bar spoon of black peppercorn
3 dashes celery bitters.

Shake vigorously, as to break up the pepper, strain and pour neat into coup. Lemon zest garnish.
